PADWA is committed to the safety and wellbeing of all children and young people. This will be the primary focus of our care and decision-making.
PADWA has zero-tolerance for child abuse.
PADWA is committed to providing a child-safe environment where children and young people feel secure and are protected, and their voices are heard about decisions that affect their lives.
Particular attention will be paid to the cultural sensitivity of indigenous children and others from diverse backgrounds as well as the safety of children with a disability.
Every person involved in PADWA has a responsibility to understand the important and specific role he/she plays individually and collectively to ensure that the wellbeing and safety of all children and young people is at the forefront of all they do and every decision they make.
The care and protection of children is paramount to PADWA and all of our teachers & assistants are required to have current Police “Working with Children” checks.
Any physical activity can involve risk of personal injury. While PERFORM ACT DANCE takes all reasonable care in the conduct of its workshops/classes, it accepts no responsibility for injury or loss caused during participation in the workshop/classes. You are ensuring that you are physically and medically fit for the classes and during the classes you must at all times take care of your own personal safety and belongings.
REFUNDS – Classes are non-refundable. If you are unable to make it class or change your mind we cannot issue you with a refund. You may receive a credit for classes missed but this must be utilised within the same term of purchase.
If sickness or injury prevents you from attending classes, please advise Beej (Call 0421 977 148) or contact us within 14-days providing a medical certificate so we can determine if you can receive a credit for the classes missed.
Once you are signed by padwa you are bound by the terms and conditions in your contract and all polices related to which will be seen on our private members page.
